How HomeConnect Agency Eswatini works
Five steps from listing to keys, with verification built into every one of them.
Step 1
Listing created
The landlord posts photos, rent, deposit and location. HomeConnect Agency Eswatini checks the ID and ownership documents before the listing goes live.
Step 2
Search & request
Tenants filter by town, budget and features, then tap Request Viewing on the house they like.
Step 3
Screening & approval
The tenant attaches their National ID and proof of funds. The landlord reviews and confirms a viewing time in chat.
Step 4
Digital lease signing
After the inspection both parties accept and sign the standard lease inside the app.
Step 5
Deposit & keys
Rent and deposit are transferred, digital receipts are issued, and the keys change hands.
